X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has been named the sexiest woman in the world by readers of FHM magazine for a second year running.

The Girls Aloud star once again beat Transformers star Megan Fox into second place, while underwear model Marisa Miller was this year’s number three.

Frankie Sandford, of girl band The Saturdays, climbed 13 to number four.

Model Keeley Hazell was at number five while Twilight star Kristen Stewart was a new entry in sixth place.

Model and actress Kelly Brook – last year’s number 48 – was at number seven.

Singer Britney Spears fell from four to 44 while Lady Gaga was a new entry at 92.

The poll of FHM readers is now in its 16th year.
